you men and i’m sorry you guys really told me about this it resembles an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i have an interest in it this whole morning i really was struggling and i struggled basically like every every early morning especially on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have constantly drawn they’ve constantly been actually difficult mental days for me i do not know what’s next i’m just gon na attempt this out i might dislike it i do not understand i do not truly wish to get a therapist i have actually constantly wished to simply deal with my psychological things without having to get one because to me i just um i simply do not wish to need to go through all of this and i don’t want to need to tell individuals all of my stuff and simply go through all of this i just don’t feel like doing all of this and i actually just wished to handle this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after practically 30 years of trying so we’re gon na enter into that today uh i do not understand i’m simply tired of dealing with this and like like i said.
